14-day returns

Eligible pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup with a Return Authorization number from us. Pieces must be unworn and unaltered, with the Gavco security tag intact, the original box, receipt and any grading report.

Every return is inspected by our jeweler before a refund is issued to the original payment method, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping and insurance costs. Custom, engraved, resized or altered pieces, and settings once a stone has been set, are final sale. See our full refund policy.
